Sarah Rafferty

Sarah became enthralled by acting at an early age as she was in prep school. The moment her teacher told Sarah not to play field hockey so she could be a part of Richard III, she fell in love with acting. Sarah took the decision to merge her love of acting and the academics she pursued by taking the double major of English in Hamilton College. Her junior year was spent studying theatre in London as well as Oxford. Sarah was encouraged to get educated about the arts by both her parents. Her mother is the chairwoman of the English Department of the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich CT along with her father who is a painter. Her talent as well as the instruction that she was given paid off. The actress has appeared on various TV shows, including Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without A Trace CSI Miami Bones and feature films including Four Single Fathers, Falling For Grace. Sarah is also a part of a number of professional stage plays, such as Gemini and As You Like It. Sarah's television acting career is further enhanced by her position as an ambassador of the Alzheimer's Association. She speaks frequently about this topic. Sarah hosted the annual Sardi's event for the past three seasons and was a speaker at the last Sardi's event held by the group in March. Sarah lives on the east and west coasts of America with her husband and two daughters, and she works in Toronto.
